Dr Annette Camer-Pesci

Dr Annette Camer-Pesci enjoys all aspects of General Practice with a particular interest in preventative health care as well as sports and family medicine. She believes in undertaking thorough investigations to deliver comprehensive and holistic care to her patients

 

In addition to a comprehensive general practice, Dr Camer-Pesci is able to provide health assessments, care plans, iron infusions and is a qualified yellow fever vaccine provider.

 

Dr Camer-Pesci grew up in Scandinavia and moved to Perth in 1996. She graduated with a degree in Nutrition from Curtin University which she supplemented with studies in Psychology and Physics, frequently appearing in the Vice Chancellor’s honour roll. She completed her medical qualification at the University of Western Australia.

 

Before becoming a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, Dr Camer-Pesci worked across a wide variety of specialties in hospitals around Perth. She has published research for the State Burns Unit, is dedicated to her continued professional development and prioritises staying up to date with the latest medical treatment options.

 

Special Interests: Dr Camer-Pesci has travelled extensively throughout Europe, Africa, Asia and across Canada. In her spare time she enjoys watching the tennis and spending time outdoors.

Registrar Doctors

 

Reflecting its leading role in general medical practice in Western Australia, South Street Medical Centre is also a training practice. This means that fully-qualified doctors, who have completed their 4 years of training in hospital medicine, spend up to eighteen months working in the practice to develop their skills.

 

We usually have at least one GP Registrar and you may be offered an appointment with him/her at the surgery.
